Returns and refunds

Kindly allow 2 weeks for the posting of your order, and an additional 4-6 weeks for its journey to you, particularly for international destinations. For most orders within Europe, the arrival is achieved within 3 weeks.

We kindly ask for your understanding that, due to the bespoke nature of our hand-printed items, returns or exchanges are not possible. Additionally, once your order is dispatched, any parcel tracking inquiries should be directed to the courier service.
